The Avangrid Foundation promotes environmental sustainability and protection in the active prevention of climate change through investing in areas including green infrastructure and affordable clean energy; environmental conservation, protection and access; biodiversity; and terrestrial, marine and coastal habitat restoration. 
 

Partner highlights

In January we announced a record total of $136,000 in grants to 15 organizations as part of our Wildlife Rehabilitation Program. This year’s grantees are making impactful and lasting changes for the good of wildlife and our environment.

This year’s Earth Day theme was “Investing in our Planet,” and that’s what Avangrid employees did. Over 200 volunteers rolled up their sleeves to participate in 19 events throughout TX, AZ, MA, OR, NY, ME, and CT to help support the earth.
